Terms and Liability
BOOMER COMPUTER REPAIRS, LLC will not be held liable for lost data or any damage resulting from a Fast Remote Repair session, Monthly Tune Up Plan, On Site Repair Service or In Shop Repair Service or Installation of third party software. We cannot be held responsible for a computer in a previously unknown condition. Your computer could be in a condition of pending Hardware failure or Software failure and could fail during Repair or Servicing. Boomer Computer Repairs, LLC and their technicians agrees to use their “best efforts” to resolve your computer repair, tune up or data recovery. BOOMER COMPUTER REPAIRS, LLC will NOT be held responsible for any damages caused by the services of any third-party service or third party software providers recommended by our Company. BOOMER COMPUTER REPAIRS, LLC Fast Remote tune Up Plans only cover computer problems that can be fixed remotely. Some computer problems cannot be fixed online or by telephone. The Fast Remote Tune Up Plans do not cover on site or In Shop repairs and service cost. The support plan does NOT cover the cost of replacement parts, software, training, labor, or services from third-party service providers or third party software providers. The Monthly Fast Remote Tune Up Plan is NOT a warranty nor an unlimited monthly service call or repair contract. If we conclude that your computer cannot be fixed remotely, we may suggest an On Site Repair from us or a third-party service provider, for which You are responsible for the costs of any of these On Site Services that you may choose. By purchasing support or computer repair from BOOMER COMPUTER REPAIRS, LLC you agree to all the terms of service herein and assume all risks and Liability.
Availability
BOOMER COMPUTER REPAIRS LLC cannot guarantee the immediate availability of On Line Technical Support. Your call will be returned by the next available Technician. Boomer Computer Repairs, LLC cannot guarantee the immediate availability for any On Site services. If we are unable to make a scheduled Fast Remote or On Site appointment, you will be notified by phone as soon as possible and the appointment will be rescheduled for another time. Boomer Computer Repairs, LLC. will use their “Best Efforts” to keep all appointments at the scheduled times.
Hardware / Software Replacement
Any hardware or software used to repair or upgrade your computer on site or in our shop are solely warranted by the hardware manufacturer and limited by the manufactures’ warranties’. There are no expressed nor implied warranties by BOOMER COMPUTER REPAIRS for any hardware or software that we replace.
Data Recovery
BOOMER COMPUTER REPAIRS LLC will not be held liable for lost data or any damage resulting from Data Recovery from hard drives, cd/dvd disks, usb drives,
zip drives or any other data storage devices. We cannot be held responsible for any storage device that has already failed or may be in a condition of pending failure. You should understand that any or all data from such failed or failing data storage devices may not be recoverable and some of the data recovered from failed or failing devices my be corrupted. You should also be aware that the use of third party software used in the recovery of failed or failing storages devices may result in in the lost and corruption of your data. BOOMER COMPUTER REPAIRS LLC will use there “Best Efforts” to recover as much data as possible from such failed or failing
data storage devices. All data files weather good, corrupted or previously deleted will be returned to you.
Privacy
BOOMER COMPUTER REPAIRS, LCC greatly values your privacy. Any information we collect from our customers is solely for our own internal use. BOOMER COMPUTERREPAIRS LLC does not share nor sell this information to any third party except for information securely transmitted to an outside credit card processing company so that we may accept credit cards for purchases. Credit card information is transmitted thru PayPal’s SSL encrypted web page and not viewable by anyone. BOOMERCOMPUTER REPAIRS, LLC Technicians cannot view or otherwise access your credit card number, expiration date or security code.
Miscellaneous
These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Florida without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. If any provision of these Terms shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. These Terms are effective unless and until terminated by Boomer Computer Repairs, LLC
